Transport Schedules and Information
Please ensure you are aware of the eligibility requirements for each Scheme before completing your Booking Form, and that you are able to satisfy them as we do not get involved in arranging TRACES or the Worming and Clinical Examinations required under both Schemes.
We have a number of Preferred Partners and regular private clients that take up the majority of our transport spaces so please note that a) we use the same route, schedule and locations each month so please don’t ask us to add others as we simply can’t and b) we have limited General Public spaces available each transport so it is worth booking as early as possible.
You can see the exact locations that we use for each transport on the Locations Page.

Dog Spaces: FULL – WAITING LIST IN PLACE
Cat Spaces: FULL – WAITING LIST IN PLACE
Note: We have a number of bookings from UK to Spain which include people catching ferries, and flights so we are restricted as to our return schedule, which ironically is effecting our delivery schedule as we have to be in Scotland and Stoke at certain times so PLEASE check with us before booking if you have any specific requirements.
171021 Transport to EU & UK Availability and Notes
Dog Spaces: AVAILABLE
Cat Spaces: AVAILABLE
Note: This transport sees the return of the Saturday departure which will be the case for the rest of 2017 and 2018.
Transport List Closes: we close the transport list a week before the start date in order that we can confirm the schedule for people to make arrangements, and to get the TRACES and Government Vet information submitted. IF we still have spaces we will accept bookings, but we will not be able to make additions to a confirmed schedule.
Future Transport Availability and Notes
All our transports start from Malaga, so we may have to collect your animals the day before from places like Granada, Seville, Portugal, and drive up through Spain and France into Germany, Holland and Belgium before crossing over into the UK.
In the UK we aim to deliver to the door, but for some locations the pets need to be collected from one of our regular locations. The South West, South Wales and North Scotland in particular are just too far for all the animals to travel.
The exact schedule is published for each transport on the password protected Transport Page, but below will give you a good indication:
Repsol Santomera (Murcia)
La Marina Services (North of Alicanti)
San Antonio Services (Denia)
We cross over to the UK on The Shuttle around 8pm in the evening and then deliver in the UK throughout the night on Sunday and during the Monday, and if necessary on the Tuesday e.g. Meeting a ferry at Heysham, Liverpool or Holyhead.
We DO NOT cover Devon, Cornwall, South Wales etc but we do have a regular drop off location that covers these areas (Cribbs Causeway). We can not always cover Norfolk, Ipswich etc but have a regular drop off location in Cambridge.
With respect to Scotland we cover Edinburgh and Glasgow, and can arrange forward transport to other parts of Scotland. The additional cost is agreed and paid between our partner transporter and the owner.
Our return to Spain from the UK varies depending on where animals need dropping off in France and Spain.
The specific transport schedule will be made available via the password protected transport page, and confirmed at least one week before the transport.
* Please note that we can no longer take a pets owner with us on a transport. In the past too many have struggled with the length of the journey, and we simply do not have room for any personal luggage. Also, we need to keep the option open to take a third driver if the bookings mean we need extra help with the dogs.
* Please note that we close the Transport List at 9am on the Wednesday of the week before the Transport Date, so it is not possible to submit a booking after that date. At this time the booking date is removed from the Booking Form and Schedule Page, and we start to produce our paperwork and complete the form confirming the number of animals traveling as required by TRACES Vet.
* Please note ALL transport questions, enquiries etc need to be direct to Chris via email NOT Sandra.
