The Express has a ‘charming little story’ about a cat that was found in Lichfield in the UK with a Spanish microchip.
Story says vets are puzzled how he got there.
Well here is a clue: the cat was found thin and struggling from an old injury which means he dribbles when eating so how about this – he was re-homed from Spain without the new owners been told of his condition and when they found out they dumped him!
