El Galgo Senior is a refuge for Galgos which has been operating for over 30 years, up in the mountains of Aquas de Busot on the Costa Blanca.
Tragically their patron died last year and while many other Galgo Rescues stepped in to help the Galgos in residency, they now have 54 abandoned Galgos, and no funds!
An unpaid volunteer stays with the Galgos 24/7 and what funds they have come from a small group of younger Spaniards.
