Missouri is already referred to as the “puppy mill capital” of the country, and a new bill would make it harder for counties and cities to protect dogs from the cruelty of puppy mills. Amidst a wave of efforts to stop puppy mills nationwide, Missouri Republicans have decided they want to stand on the wrong side of history. We must not let them.
