Transport Dates

We have a monthly scheduled transport to Europe (Bruchsal, Wallau, Cologne, Kampenhout and Lissewege) and the UK for Rescue Animals (TRACES) and Pets (PETS Scheme) and to Spain from the UK for Rescue Animals (TRACES) and Pets (PETS Scheme).

Please ensure you read the details on the site regards TRACES (ANY re-homed cat or dog) and PETS Scheme (ONLY when the registered owner is traveling and needs their pet transported i.e. moving, going on holiday) before booking as you are totally responsible for ensuring the information we are given is accurate.

We run the monthly scheduled transports under contract for a couple of Protectora and our Preferred Transport Partners so we have limited spaces available for the transport of cats and dogs to Europe. You can use this form to book a place but please make sure you check the availability against the date of the transport below and that you will need to PAY IN FULL at the time of the booking to secure your place.

Below are the dates: the first date is the date we leave Spain and is what we refer to as the Transport Date, so it is this date you will see on the Schedule. We always leave Spain on a Friday morning, arriving into the UK on the Saturday evening (via Germany, and Belgium) and deliver throughout Saturday/Sunday evening and Sunday. Pets going ‘up North’ are generally delivered on the Monday after a break in Stoke on Trent. The Departure UK date is the date that we leave the UK to return to Spain. We leave the UK in the morning, catching a mid afternoon Shuttle and are then back in Spain the following evening. As necessary we collect and kennel pets pre and post these dates e.g. pets traveling to/from Malaga, Seville etc

Please note that we can no longer take a pets owner with us on a transport. In the past too many have struggled with the length of the journey, and we simply do not have room for any personal luggage. Also, we need to keep the option open to take a third driver if the bookings mean we need extra help with the dogs.

Please note that we close the Transport List at 9am on the Thursday of the week before the Transport Date, so it is not possible to submit a booking after that date. At this time the booking date is removed from the Booking Form and Schedule Page, and we start to produce our paperwork and complete the form confirming the number of animals traveling as required by TRACES Vet
