Internal transports are inherently difficult both logistically and financially. The reality is that as a ‘courier’ you need to cover all of your costs from the delivery, whereas from the customer perspective it often feels that you are paying for three sides of a triangle when you only need one.
There isn’t really anything that can be done to resolve that as it is normal to have to drive to a collection point, drive to a delivery point, and then drive home.
We can offer a number of different sized DEFRA Certified Vehicles driven by drivers with Type 2 Transport Licenses, and our pricing structure is based around mileage bands and number of animals, so you can a) pick the one that suits you best and b) share the cost with other rescues/new owners etc if you know any that have a transport need at the same time i.e. you co-ordinate you save!
