www.yodenuncio.pacma.es is a web site which allows you to register a Denuncia here in Spain, with the Police for cases of animal abuse, neglect etc.
The site is in Spanish naturally, but if you use a browser like Chrome you can get a reasonably well translated version, or use Google Translate and copy/paste the text you don’t understand.
Don’t let the fact it is in Spanish put you off!
For a country that gets such bad press for it’s attitude and behaviour towards its animals this is a positive sign and it is great to see!
