20/03/12: The home check was positive, so Brons will move this evening. He has proved to be a slightly fussy eater and has been feasting on beef, tuna and sausage, but now his adoptants can find the perfect cat food for this lovely boy!!!
18/03/12: Latest news about Brons is that petra has a home check for him on Tuesday: “No tough street cat but rather a softy boy. The interested people say that it doesn’t matter if Brons bites or is nervous. They will give him all time he needs. Owner-occupied flat ground floor in Taunusstein-Wehen (small backwater with much wood and fields) Sounds nice!” Sounds VERY nice. Fingers crossed for him.
17/03/12: More photos came this evening of our macho street cat looking VERY at home in Petra’s bed. From these pictures, it seems almost certain that sometime in his past Brons had a home. Petra is now wondering exactly where she is going to sleep!!

17/03/12: Brons did spend his last week in Spain inside at Lita’s where he quickly adjusted to home comforts. In the last few days he sat on the sofa to watch football with Lita’s husband Pepe, shared a siesta with him on the same sofa, and even enjoyed tummy rubs! This morning he arrived in Germany to met foster Mum Petra, and she has already sent new photos. He was a little nervous at first, but 2 hours after Petra’s first report, she has just told me that they are now best friends due to some very scrummy pork sausages!

Brons In Germany
08/03/12: Brons found his way to Montse’ porch some months ago, but is unwilling to live actually inside her house, because, being a slightly older tomcat of close to 7 years, he does not want to be surrounded by lots of younger cats and kittens. He does however like to be stroked and follows Montse when she takes out her rubbish, talking to her at the same time. He is now ready to travel to Germany, so will need to come inside somewhere for his last week. I am really hoping to get him on next week’s transport to Germany, as Montse is now worried he is in danger from her NOT cat-friendly neighbour who abandoned her own cat Galileo. For some reason she has now shown an interest in taking Brons, which would not be good for him at all!
