Olivia is now about 5 years old and was rescued by Matt with her brother Tiggy as kittens. They have lived since then as outside cats on his terrace, and exploring the surrounding land of the village near Sorbas where he lives. They are some of the last of Matt’s outside cats that I have re-homed in the last 18 months and I think it was a bit of wrench for him to let them go. Olivia is beautiful and is now a spoilt, only cat in her new home. She does however have 2 rather special friends and looks very happy in her new home. She is now called Sheeva, and her best buddy that she cuddles with and sleeps with every night is big Tequila. Her family have found her to be a very curious, playful cat for her age, and that she always wants to be involved in everything. She has now been in her new home for about 2 months, and although a little shy at first, this little lady now seems to be completely settled. Whilst life was ok in Sorbas, she is loving all the extra attention, and having a proper home of her own at last! She now only has a balcony but this seems to be fine for her, and Matt thought she really wanted to be an inside cat anyway. I now await news of brother Tiggy in his new home.

Olivia/Sheeva In Her New Home

Brother Tiggy meanwhile, who also traveled to Germany on the 16.03 transport, has a lovely home with a siam-mix female of the same age. He was always a very independent cat so I await news of how friendly he is with his new girlfriend. More importantly for Tiggy than a cat friend is the fact that he does have a garden. Our boy likes to roam!
