Park staff murdered these chimps

Swedish Zoo Staff Killed Three Chimpanzees After They Escaped Their Enclosures

Humans recently murdered three chimpanzees at Furuvik, a “wildlife park” just outside of Gälve, Sweden.

It all happened after five chimps escaped from their enclosure. Supposedly, park staff had to “euthanize” three of the animals to “protect lives.”

But clearly these enclosures do not keep animals safely contained.

On top of that, the staff are not equipped to keep them chimpanzees or other wild animals healthy and alive in emergency situations.

Furuvik, like other zoos, exists to entertain human beings. The animals locked inside these facilities suffer by being trapped in spaces that are much smaller than in a sanctuary or the wilderness.

It is no surprise, then, that the chimpanzees were so desperate to get out of their captive enclosures!

Gälve municipal assembly must shut down this “wildlife park” to protect other animals from suffering or dying in these conditions. Sign the petition now if you agree!
