23/06/12: AND today more new photos have arrived of Alina in her new home and with her Mum katharina. Everybody loves one another and all is very fine in Alina’s new world!
05/05/12: More new photos arrived the other day and this message from Alina’s new Mum: “Alina had a good arrival at my place on Saturday. She´s doing fine and we hug and kiss and play with her all the time. She´s so cute! I thank you for caring and “babysitting.” She also asked what food Alina liked and if she was used to living with other cats. I have a feeling Alina may be just fine on her own, but her new Mum wants her to be happy so a friend may be an option later if she thinks Alina needs one. Also if she is not happy in her Mum’s small apartment, she can go and live in a bigger one with her Mum’s boyfriend. Sweet! I think this little darling will be very well looked after and VERY happy.
29/04/12: Last night photos arrived of Alina arriving in her new home. She quickly made friends with her adoptant. Kerstin empaled me that they ‘liked each other from the first’!
28/04/12: Alina has her forever home, and will be a very spoilt only cat to a lovely young lady. Her apartment is not large but she is going to build cat walk for Alina, and has promised that if Alina does seem lonely she will foster a trial friend for her.
12/04/12: Alina is another Almeria street cat rescued by Montse. I had seen some photos of this lovely long-haired girl but, until I met her on Saturday, I didn’t realise quite how pretty and cute she is. Montse told be she was ‘beuena’ in looks and character, but Alina MUST be an abandoned cat because she is VERY friendly. Most rescue cats are slightly nervous of new people but not Alina. She actually comes forward for attention and cuddles, and on Saturday actually jumped onto my knee. She is a real little character! She is a very small little female, like my Fleur, but full of fun and very affectionate. I’m hoping she will have a foster place in Germany for the 27.04 transport, if nobody falls in love with her in the meantime.
