Received this earlier today. Previously they had said disruptions would be until 19th November.
Earlier today I tried to bring our train time on the 26th November forward a couple of hours but is said everything was sold out. Obviously not the case: they just not taking bookings.
Shouldn’t effect our transport next weekend, in fact may help us get an earlier train if we arrive earlier
Further to our email to you earlier this week, we wanted to update you on how our service is progressing.
We continue to work hard to return to a normal timetable but must now advise that we will face some disruption until the 26th November.
As a Frequent Traveller, please be assured we do not underestimate the inconvenience this may cause you. New ticket sales remain limited during this period and we would advise you to visit our website for updates www.eurotunnel.com/uk/traveller-info/latest/.
If you have a booking for travel next week, we would recommend that you consider moving it as there may be some disruption; we will of course honour bookings already made. You can amend here www.eurotunnel.com/book/myeurotunnel.
Please be assured that the safety of our customers and staff is of paramount importance and will not be compromised.
We will keep you updated as the situation improves. Thank you for your understanding and please accept our apologies.
